This ordinance adds four new contractors — DSW Homes, LLC; Galveston Piling, LLC; Stonewater, Inc.; and PMG Construction, Inc. — to an existing city contract for repairing and rebuilding single-family homes damaged by the 2021 Winter Storm Uri. It authorizes the city to sign Master Contractor Agreements with each company up to a set maximum dollar amount.
