The city council is considering increasing the maximum amount it can spend on an existing contract with Fierro Group, Ltd. (also operating as Fence Master of Houston, Advanced Concrete and Construction, and Flores Steel) for installing and repairing metal and wood fences and gates across city departments, raising the contract ceiling by about $4.99 million to a new total of approximately $16.1 million.
