The City Council considered a resolution to confirm support for several affordable rental housing developments and authorize applications for competitive 9% federal tax credits to help fund them. Four of the proposed projects — Vista Arbor Trace, Dashwood Senior Living, The Sunstone, and Lofts at Stancliff — were separated from the resolution and sent back to the administration for further review.
