The City of Houston is closing and transferring a segment of Temple Drive (between West Walker Avenue and Taft Street) to the adjacent property owner, RLW Capital Holdings, LLC, in exchange for $1,739,157 in cash and several new easements and right-of-way dedications back to the City.
