The City Council approved a $2.13 million engineering contract with SES Horizon Consulting Engineers, Inc. to design water main replacements in the Briargate and Willow Park subdivisions and the Spring Branch Central area. Funding comes from the Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund.
