The city is setting aside $4 million from the Water & Sewer construction fund and $2 million from the drainage fund — $6 million total — to pay for Developer Participation Contracts in fiscal year 2027. These contracts are an ongoing program (originally approved in 2008) where the city shares costs with developers to build water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure.
