The City of Houston is giving up its ownership of a 12-foot-wide alley (about 1,440 square feet) in Sunset Heights, running from East 29th Street north to the I-610 feeder road, and transferring it to the neighboring property owner, Panjwani Energy Properties, LLC. In exchange, Panjwani Energy Properties, LLC will pay the City $108,000.00.
