Harris County is entering a two-year agreement with the volunteer group Spring-Klein Neighbors to adopt and clean up approximately four miles of roadside along Spring Stuebner Road, from Holzwarth Road to Northcrest.

What it means for you

Volunteers from Spring-Klein Neighbors will be responsible for litter and cleanup along that stretch of Spring Stuebner Road through August 2027, at no stated cost to the county.
