A motion was made by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Briones, for approval of a renewal option with A-1 Personnel of Houston, Inc.; Ad-A-Staff, Inc.; Advanced Health Education Center Ltd. Dba MedRelief Staffing; BuzzClan LLC; The Emery Company LLC; GetCorp Payroll Accounting and Tax dba Get Hire Staffing; Infojini, Inc.; INSPYR Solutions, LLC; JWS Health Consultants, Inc. dba UltraStaff; The Reserves Network, Inc.; Smarter HR Solutions; TruBlu HR Solutions, LLC; 22nd Century Technologies, Inc.; Openwork, LLC; and Cogent Infotech Corporation for temporary staffing for Harris County for the period of March 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027, at a cost of $33,000,000 (210389); and to direct Office of County Administrator, Purchasing, and Human Resources and Talent to come back in February 2026 with a recommendation on a policy to limit the time a position can be filled with temporary staffing and ways to monitor it. The motion carried by the following vote: (4-0)
