The Court is asked to ratify a Joinder Agreement among the Toll Road Authority, the Texas Transportation Finance Corporation, and Amegy Bank for adding a TxDOT facility as a beneficiary, and to authorize the HCTRA Executive Director to execute future similar joinder agreements.
