A motion was made by Commissioner Garcia, seconded by Commissioner Briones, to direct IGA to help us construct a thoughtful resolution that we can forward to the appropriate Federal Agencies, to help us focus on how to do a very difficult job, but how to do it in the possible way and absolutely in a way that creates greater public safety and doesn’t make us less safe. The motion carried by the following vote: (4-1)
