The Commissioners Court approved a change to its meeting rules, moving the discussion and presentation of Resolutions from Regular Meetings to Business Court Meetings, effective March 4.

Two separate motions were made and votes were taken on Item 4. A motion was made by Commissioner Garcia, seconded by Commissioner Briones, to amend rules with circulated language, moving discussion and presentation of Resolutions to Business Courts effective March 4th. The motion carried by the following vote:
