Following an executive session, the Court voted to reassign the county's 'positive pay' banking function from the County Treasurer's Office to the Office of Management and Budget, transfer associated employees to OMB, and bring any necessary approvals back to the Court on March 19.

A motion was made by Commissioner Garcia, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to assign any function pertaining to positive pay that currently resides in the County Treasurer’s Office and is not legally required to be performed by the County Treasurer’s Office to the Office of Management and Budget, to amend any agreements necessary to achieve reassignment and bring back to Court for any necessary approvals on March 19, and transfer any full time employees from the Treasurer’s Office to OMB with any necessary approvals to be brought back to Court March 19. The motion carried by the following vote: (4-0)
