A motion was made by Commissioner Briones, seconded by Commissioner Ellis, to direct Human Resources and Talent and Boards and Commissions department OCA, to launch a retiree advisory council as soon as possible to serve as a structured forum for retiree feedback and recommendations, HRT shall provide an update on these efforts and specifically both the Council, and the implementation of option three at the October 6th Court. The motion carried by the following vote: (4-1)
