A motion was made by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Garcia, to fully fund OCE’s FY27 Mobility budget at $44.09 million, and to direct OMB to execute budget transfers from the Precincts’ mobility allocations to OCE in such amount in order to make the funds available at the beginning of FY27 to be used for eligible projects under Section 284.0031, Transportation Code; and that Director Rahman will advise each Precinct what projects will be done there on October 1st of each year. The motion carried by the following vote: (5-0)
