The Court is asked to approve annual Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) revenue payments for Tax Year 2025 (for 2026) for twelve TIRZs the county participates in, to correct a previously approved St. George Place TIRZ amount to $2,458,606 due to an error, and to approve an annual payment to the Harris County Redevelopment Authority under a Chapter 381 agreement related to the Springwoods Development.
