The Court is asked to approve an Interoperability Agreement between Harris County (through HCTRA) and member entities of the Central United States Interoperability (CUSIOP) and E-ZPass Interagency Group (EZIOP) networks to allow toll transactions to be exchanged, processed, and settled across those networks.

What it means for you

If approved, HCTRA toll customers would be able to use their transponders interoperably with toll systems across the CUSIOP and E-ZPass networks, and vice versa for those networks' customers using HCTRA roads.
