The City Council is asked to approve submitting a joint grant application with Harris County to the U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Assistance for the FY25 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, and to approve an interlocal agreement with Harris County to apply together as joint applicants.
