The City Council is asked to approve an ordinance declaring it necessary to acquire twelve parcels of land (or easements on them) for a new 8-inch waterline along Ryewater Drive and the I-45 Frontage Road, and to authorize the use of purchase, donation, or eminent domain to obtain those parcels.
