The City Council is asked to approve submitting an electronic grant application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for a grant called 'Safety through Recovery, Engagement and Evidence-Based Treatment and Support,' and to authorize the Director to represent the City throughout the application process and to accept and spend any awarded funds.
