The City Council is asked to approve reallocating construction funds for Central Library renovations — removing $754,293.48 from the Public Library Consolidated Construction Fund and $450,000 from the Contributed Capital Project Fund that were set aside under a 2024 ordinance, then re-appropriating $4,693,293.48 from the Public Library Consolidated Construction Fund and $450,000 from the Contributed Capital Project Fund to cover project costs and civic art.
