The City Council is asked to approve an ordinance declaring it necessary to acquire 19 parcels of land (as full ownership or easements) for the Water Line Rehabilitation in Central Park and Magnolia Park Subdivisions I Project, and to authorize the use of purchase, gift, dedication, or eminent domain to obtain those parcels along with payment of all related costs.
