The City Council is asked to approve giving up the city's claim to a 12-foot-wide alley (about 1,440 square feet) running from East 29th Street north to the I-610 Loop Feeder Road in the Sunset Heights neighborhood, and transferring that land to the neighboring property owner, Panjwani Energy Properties, LLC, in exchange for $108,000.
