The City Council is asked to approve an ordinance renewing the designation of the north side of the 4400–4500 block of Rusk Street, between Eastwood Street and S. Lockwood Drive, as a Special Minimum Building Line Block under Chapter 42 of the Houston Code of Ordinances.
