The City Council is asked to approve an ordinance declaring it necessary to acquire property rights — either full ownership or easements — on fifteen parcels of land in Harris County for the Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Conversion Water Lines Group B Project, and to authorize the use of purchase, gift, dedication, or eminent domain to obtain those rights.
