The City Council is asked to approve renewing a Special Minimum Building Line designation for the north side of the 4600–4800 block of Rusk Street, between S Lockwood Drive and Dumble Street, under Chapter 42 of the Houston Code of Ordinances.

What it means for you

If approved, the minimum building line restriction on that stretch of Rusk Street would continue in force, meaning property owners on that block would still be required to set buildings back a specified distance from the street.
