The City Council is asked to approve an ordinance ratifying the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Sunnyside Agricultural Hub and Training Center Project, and to authorize the Director to represent the city in the application process, accept and spend any awarded funds, and enter into a grant agreement.
