The City Council is asked to approve an annual resolution allowing Houston Housing Finance Corporation to transfer its Private Activity Bond Authority for Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs under the Texas Housing Finance Corporation Partnership Program.
