The final cost came in about 7.79% below the original contract amount of $4,989,278.99.

What it means for you

Residents in Council Districts C, D, F, and J had aging sewer pipes rehabilitated using pipe-bursting and lining techniques, which is intended to reduce sewage spills in their neighborhoods.
