This item — which was pulled and not considered at the October 22, 2025 meeting — was a request from the Mayor for City Council to confirm the appointment or reappointment of four individuals (Brenda Hellyer, Kelly Nicole Page, Kofi Burney, and David Alexander) to the Houston Spaceport Development Corporation, each for a term ending June 1, 2027.

The city council is being asked to officially accept the completed work and approve the final payment of $2,821,315.49 to Main Lane Industries, Ltd., which repaired or replaced large water main crossings over bayous at three locations across Houston.
