On motion by board member Garza Lindner, with a second by board member Colón, the board voted to change the certified hearing examiner's conclusions of law numbers 6, 7, and 8 for the reasons cited in the administration's proposed changes submitted by Myra Chickering; to change the unnumbered conclusions of law found in the hearing examiner's "discussion" section for the reasons cited in the administration's proposed changes submitted by Myra Chickering; to adopt the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law submitted by Myra Chickering; and consistent with those proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law moved to nonrenew Susan Tittle's term contract.
