The City Council is asked to receive estimated property appraisal roll data for Tax Year 2026, certify the anticipated tax collection rate, and appoint two named individuals to calculate and publish the City's No-New-Revenue and Voter-Approval Tax Rates as required by the State Tax Code's Truth-In-Taxation rules.
