The City Council is asked to approve submitting a grant application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for the Restore FPL4 Riparian Restoration Initiative Project, and to authorize the Director to act as the City's representative, apply for and accept the grant funds if awarded, and spend those funds accordingly.
