The City Council is asked to approve an amendment to an existing ordinance to add two more land parcels to the Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Conversion Waterlines Group C Project, and to formally declare that acquiring those parcels is necessary for public use — allowing the city to obtain them by gift, dedication, purchase, or eminent domain if needed.

What it means for you
