The City Council is asked to approve an additional $5,753,206.43 for the construction contract with Austin Gilbane Joint Venture for the Mickey Leland International Terminal project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, bringing the total contract value to $377,000,000.00, and to approve a final settlement agreement resolving all disputes between the City and Austin Gilbane Joint Venture.
