The City Council is asked to close a public hearing on a proposed Fourth Amendment to an existing Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Houston and Spring Creek Utility District, which would annex certain territory in Montgomery County for limited purposes.

The Fire Chief recommends that Houston City Council approve selling decommissioned firefighting bunker gear and equipment to Guayaquil, Ecuador, Houston's sister city.

The council approved up to $200,000 for a public-facing website to be designed, built, and maintained by Concourse Tech, Inc. for the Mayor's Office of Public Safety & Homeland Security, with the contract running through May 31, 2030.

The City Council approved up to $6,915,742.93 to buy traffic signal controllers and related parts through a cooperative purchasing program, splitting the contract between two vendors through early 2029.

The city council approved spending up to $404,666.07 to buy metering pumps from Global Wet through a sole-source contract lasting three years.
