The City Council is asked to approve a contract with CWP Asset Corp. dba Mister Car Wash to provide car wash services for various city departments over three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, at a total cost of $2,601,582.40.

The City Council is asked to approve spending $2,223,000.00 from the Equipment Acquisition Consolidated Fund to purchase a Planned Learning Performance System for Houston Information Technology Services, on behalf of the Human Resources department.
